This website provides general information about SMBS — our vision, programs, and community in Santa Monica, California. Details shown here, including programs, schedules, and offerings, describe our current plans and may change at any time. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.

Enquiries are not enrollment

Submitting the sign-up form registers your interest only. It does not enroll you, reserve a place, or create any contract. Enrollment, tuition, schedules, and program details are governed by a separate written agreement provided at the time of enrollment. In the event of any conflict, that agreement controls over this website.

No guarantees

Information on this site is provided for general purposes only. We make no promise or guarantee of admission, certification, licensure, employment, job placement, income, or any particular outcome. Career and travel opportunities described on the site are illustrative of the industry, not assurances of individual results.

Age & responsible service

SMBS programs involve education about alcoholic beverages and professional bar service. You must be of legal age to participate in any activity involving the handling or tasting of alcohol, and you must be 21 or older to consume alcohol in California. SMBS promotes responsible, lawful, and professional service and does not encourage unlawful or excessive consumption. Participants are expected to act lawfully and responsibly at all times.

Eligibility

You may use this website if you are able to form a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are under 18, please use the site and its forms only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
